The demonization of THC has caused big trouble for hemp farmers because if it registers any more than .03% THC is unusable And according to the ridiculous laws around hemp, the plants must be destroyed and any plant Who sample test which is higher than .05, the farmer maybe in some serious trouble, facing even jail time. The emerging cannabis market around industrial hemp has been primarily focused on creating oil from the seeds but really hasn’t been used for a grain or for fabric or for a substitute for concrete which it should be because those are the real areas where we need help the most, not to mention the area of hemp based plastics which are bio degradable

Admits it might be out of state compliance and breaking the law because it has more than three cannabis stores and it’s operation in the state of Massachusetts. Massachusetts law states that nobody can run more than three shops in Massachusetts.
It’s sad that some of these wealthy outsiders are getting three shops in while nobody local can even get a single shop. Pretty sure that’s not what the people voted for.
