Its a great target you have set for yourself, as for me I need to start making videos as well. I guess I'm camera shy...

There are many alternatives/ ways to counter camera shyness,

You can practice and You can start with what you have and upload that till you get over the shyness. We all started from there.
You can upload videos where you do not show your face eg. explainer videos, animation, travel videos, commentary on stuff etc.

I know you will be great.
