Yeah this guy is definitely crazy, but pretty genius at the same time. It's basically a floating island of plastic and now it's starting to form a ecosystem around it.
And when you are done with it, you can recycle it in Michigan for a few extra cents :)

That is actually a great use case for all the plastic bottles stuck in the ocean. We could potentially make a fishing city with them.
