Long Pepper Vines - The Amazing Gourmet Spice - Here They Are Growing In Cambodia!

Long Pepper is different from the black and white pepper I have seen mostly in the world. It has a fruity and aromatic spice to it which is a delight to eat and I am enjoying using it in my cooking.

Before I came to Cambodia I was not familiar with Long Pepper and it has been a delightful discovery! 😃

Long Pepper is a vine which produces nobly green fruit which darken to a delightful deep brown/aubergine colour.
