First, I would like to thank @anomadsoul and @blocktrades for coming out with the contest topic for all of us steemians to join therefore we are able to get to know each other better before we even reach steemfest. This topic is about Steemfest Budgeting which you will have until 12th of August 2019 (Monday) to join. The rules is simple and you can read it all on the link I provided below. I had missed a few topic of contest and definitely not going to miss this and future topic.
As promise in the videos, I'm going to lay out my budget here properly with the link for your reference. In the videos, I did mentioned wrongly about the sim card, it is up to 3GB speed not 8GB speed. Apologize for the mistake, am still a bit nervous in front of the camera.
|Steemfest Ticket||RM 1,100.00||https://steemfest.com|
|Flight Ticket||RM 470 - RM 500||https://www.airasia.com|
|DTAC Sim Card||RM 40.50||https://www.dtac.co.th/en/prepaid/products/tourist-sim.html|
|Pocket Money||RM 400.00||MISC|
These are my rough budgeting for steemfest trip. The flight ticket price have already included an in-flight meal and also baggage or else the price would be cheaper, Air Asia is a budget airline and only allow you for 7 KG baggage which I don't think it is enough for me. Airbnb pricing is based on 8 days 7 nights, each night cost about RM 150.00.
The transportation fee is RM 150 including The BTS Rabbit cards 30 days pass price at 399 baht for 15 trips, average each trip at 25 baht no matter the distance. The extra transportation budget is for MISC transportation such as from the airport to Airbnb and etc.
Up until now, I haven't book anything yet although I have come out with all the budget. How about your Steemfest budget? If you have a cheaper steemfest budget, please please share with me too at the comment below.
