Badminton on National Holiday 🏸
It's Monday and it is also a public holiday so what do you do on Public holiday? Am not going to take a long sleep especially with this kind of weather however I decided to go to play badminton together with @aaronleang, @bitrocker2020 and family. Feel so good to just sweat it out since normal day doesn't have any sport to play except go to the gym and run on the treadmill.
Having sports that can play together are so much more fun than running on the treadmill. Perhaps because have a companion to play together. Seriously, running on the treadmill sometimes can be so so boring. Listening to music or watch the video just not going to work anymore.
Since haze is not going anyway anytime soon, take care of yourself, drink more water, take Vitamin C and wear the mask whenever you go out of the indoor because it is really really bad. The moment I step outside of my house, I can smell the smoke.
