So here's what I have to do first I upload the video that I want to google drive then i re download it it then goes to my downloads and not in my gallery. The (ipfs) error you are getting i fixed by not using google chome i niw have to use firefox so use firefox to goto your dtude.also shorten your titles.
The title is automatically filled in after I upload the video from my iPhone camera roll. it uploads the videos fine just not the snap. I don't use google anything. So chrome isn't the issue here. It's something to do with getting the thumbnail(snap) from the iPhone camera roll to Dtube. I have even tried a thumbnail maker app and still no luck.
