Making Pho!
This was my first attempt at making the Vietnamese soup Pho. It is a long process, roughly 6 - 7 hours, which includes boiling beef knuckle for two hours, to be followed by medium boiling oxtail, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, onions, radish and ginger for an additional 4 - 5 hours. This was on hour five and the apartment smelled amazing!
