Awww yes Christmas is a time spent with the family and I'm sorry to hear that you won't be with yours.
For me, missing my girlfriend (Becca) and half of my family as my mum, my sister and her family are in Bangkok whilst I'll be spending this Christmas with my Dad, my brother and his wife. Hopefully, next year we can spend Christmas together. It will happen eventually, but don't know when 😢

Yet, we live in a very connected world that we can see each other's faces within seconds, but its never quite the same as in real life.

ARE YOU TIRED OR DID YOU HAVE EGG NOG!!!! I bet you're tired. With all this roof $#!+ My Dad will be on my mine. He's 90 and it may be his last Christmas. That's the thing, you never know with COPD. So I'll Definitely be thinking of my parents and sister and baby nephew... If I'm ever in California, I'm looking you up! much luv

And yes, you are right. I am so tired lately from all of the madness that has been happening around here. One of the saddest things about these roofers is that they destroyed our Christmas Lights on our house while installing the roof. They were supposed to replace them but never did so we had no outside lights for Christmas.
