DTube question

I often get the error message The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

This occurs with Fire Fox, Chrome, and Edge. Not all videos have the problem, but for the videos that do, the error occurs with all three browsers, so I assume that it is a format is not supported issue.

How can I fix this?
