On a general point, when things turns hot and hard for me to cope with, I fake it with attempts not to make it but to please and hide it from those around me.

Same here. I think we should be ok with the fact that its okay to have highs and lows. Its ok to not be perfect every time. And that's how we trully live well and be happy!
