If you believe in Jesus the savior than you should also believe that death is not an atrocity but a new beginning. How do you know that God did not save them all from what may be coming in the future? They were praying to, and worshiping God after all. They are resting in peace. We, however, are not;
God also saw what happened to his own son and did nothing about that either.
What happened to 'thought shall not murder' ?
If those deaths are not atrocities than you can not call them murder either?
If you reason like that, you can say that god used the terrorist to save them from what may have been coming in the future. So they actually did a good thing. Which is what the terrorists themselves might believe from the perspective of god (theirs) and what he 'asked' them to do.
Would that justification/defense be valid to you?
According to your reasoning I could go kill a few people too and save them from what might be coming to them in the future. (Take/steal their future against their free will)
I can always say that god was working through me to save those who died and I actually saved them.
Sorry but I can't help but notice that you use the same line of reasoning that nihilists, new ager's, solopsists, determinists use.
You are not understanding what I am trying to say. I am not reasoning and making any conclusion on anything, just being open minded to possibilities . We actually cannot judge other humans and we certainly cannot judge God.
How so can we not judge other people?
It is what happens all the time. Unconsciously and consciously.
There are so many instances in the bible where you have to judge other people.
To name just one.
Beware of false prophets, by their fruits etc.
You have to choose to do good things then you have to make a distinction between good and bad.
But maybe I'm not understanding what you mean with not judging. It's very well possible.
