I can't upvote this kind of content. Puma Punku speculation is played out and boring. It's less weird than Gobekli Tepe, and that site isn't the ancient technology proof it's touted to be either.
A lot of people are susceptible to conspiracy theories. Foerster needs conclusive evidence to corroborate his story. Without it, this comes straight out of lala land.
A good conspiracy theory needs evidence of an actual conspiracy, not baseless speculation and leaps of logic like that I have seen from Ancient Aliens, lost civilization adherents, flat earthers, etc. Are there conspiracies? Yes. Are there people with compelling evidence? In some cases, yes. Is this one of them? Nope.
