Formating a video for D.Tube with an Android device.

There is an Android App named 'Video Tools' that has the Apk package name of 'com.muicv.videotools' (no qoutes of course) and it is what I have been successfully using to convert my .3gp videos to .mp4 by utilizing the App's 'Compress Video' feature. I have not used it with the 'High' quality setting but I have used both the 'Low' and 'Medium' settings successfully with the 'Picture Size' option set to 480P. I hope this helps some of you struggling to find a working format to upload your D.tube videos.
