EXTRA - EXTRA WIDE PULL UPS - SECRET TO WIDE BACK GROW
This is old-school pull up bar - you could see how wide it is. Can stretch back muscles really wide and this is secret for good grow for lats.
Correct Pull Ups - give a good arch in your back and bring chin above bar, keeping look to silent. Squeeze shoulder blades and focus each time on this squeeze movement.
