Vlog 060 - My Terrible, Horrible, No Good Very Bad Day

Today has already been a challenge. It has been one of those days when every little thing goes wrong and it begins to stack up.

I know that I should not be complaining. There are plenty of people in the world that have it worse off than I do. But I still can't help but feel aggravated and angry.

I do have so much to be grateful for in my life and I need to focus on that. I know that when I start feeling this way I have gotten out of gratitude and I begin to start feeling sorry for myself.

Things will get better today. I just need to take a step back and realize how good I actually have it.
