General sentiment is a little negative at the moment. This goes beyond the overall crypto space (especially the altcoins) and into the overall economy.

Simply put people are spending less. I know I am.

In the second part, I discuss @pennsif 's blog from the other day where he is trying to setup the Steem Ambassador program. There is so much human capital within the Steem community. It just needs that little push.
