Just another afternoon snack and it was yummmm!

Oh the wait was worth it for this cake and it got demolished once it cooled down.

I have expanded into baking cakes with my bread range. Seeing as the oven is on, it is a good compliment and I makes a lot of happy friends.

The ingredients used for this super simple carrot cake recipe:

  • 225g Flour
  • 200 g Margarine
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 225g Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 225g of grated carrots
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cook for 50 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.

I intended to expand my range and share them with you.
