What's up guys,

today I filmed a little home workout for you.
Some basic Planche/Handstand Progressions stuff.

In order to increase my handstand improvement fast, I decided to spend at least 10-15 minutes a day on my handstand, even if I don't work out at that day.

It's time to speed things up!
