@nutitree I respect your choice to put what you want in your body - whether that be knowledge, drugs or animal products. What type of animal products do you consume that increase your health? I had a look at the link you sent. I'm more incline to believe that the chemicals the better our health can be found in several different living things. i.e Salmon, Mushrooms, Extracts and the Sun are a great source of Vitamin D.

Based on my experience she seems to tell people to eat liver, tail, and feet for connective tissues. Many Vegans have called in to ask her advice because there are a few things missing. One of which, I believe is cholesterol. Thank you for your respect but I make choices to the best of my ability from independently verified historical information.
From what I have read vegan methods are very beneficial to produce organic food and provide cleansing for so many in this extremely toxic environment.

I’ve been vegan for about 3 years, I feel the same if not better but hard to tell. It’s the sugar and drug/alcohol consumption that needs addressing. Hard to stay away from those.
