Why you should do intermitent fast as a daily habit ? - Yoguic foods and habits to live 100 years.

Hello @dtube comunity and @steem blockchain. I am here again doing my daily contribute to this ecosistem, and today i want to start a new chapter about why and how the yoguis from India practice fast.

As you know fasting is a normal habit in India , they use to practice a full fast day on Ekadashi, the 11 th day after the new moon. It is for spiritual reasons, and also for take care of the body. It is important to give one day of rest to the stomach.

Also you can try doing intermitent fasting, at least 12 hours no eating nothing, to give your body a break. I saw few days ago that @theycallmedan was selling a supplement to achieve this intermitent fast better, without any problem. So i recommended if you are new here to use it because surely would help you to not feel a lot of hungry. Please check his steemit blog to purchase it, the most interesting is that you can buy with steem.

In my case i never use any supplement. I use to practice intermitent fast every day , from 10 pm, to 10 am in the morning. I highy recomend it for you.

Yeah it is indeed a nice way to get restrain over many things and come to think of it if you are aware or not there is a month of Fasting where we the Muslims do the fasting and can restrain ourself from eating for a period of month. From that it sure is one of the experience that we go through and get to learn many things from those particular days.

@ignacioarreses, These yoga books included most important knowledge of Yoga system. More Indian yogis doing fasting process for give break their stomach. They believe their spiritual life most.
Also every Muslims doing fasting some period every year. Actually fasting given big mind controlling level. So fasting wanna big movement of our life. Those days I did fasting activity every single day. I feel I had more freedom that time. Thanks for sharing your continuous practicing thing to Dtube community.

yes very true fasting is good and healthy. helps to clean the body
