Being fit is one of the challenge for both of us since we do love eating delicious food and we love to hang-out to restaurants where good food is served.
This time we decided to live a balance life - eat but get fit. I always believe that it's not all about the food we take but rather the consistency to exercise and physical activity that matters and keep you from gaining extra fats. Life is a lot awesome when you are fit there's so much thing you can do when you're physically fit.
Living a healthy life is good wealth to keep!
