yeah US. long time didn't play alrdy. i feel like the loots im getting are better than those i took many years ago, and this is in normal mode, when last time it was a harder mode.
Yes, they overhauled almost everything. They actually have a "smart loot" system now. Which means if an item drops, the stats will be rolled based on your class. For example if you're a Wizard, you will have about 90% chance to get items with intelligence and also legendary powers tailored to your class. The game is actually very fun to play now compared to last time.
