Human family,

After leading countless Live group-meditations classes and feeling the heightened synergy of this gift, I was stirred and inspired to curate recorded meditation journeys in service to a life well lived! ✨
This heart-felt creation has been seeded here in Bali and will be in full bloom early 2018.

In the meantime, i will be sharing with you here snippets of meditations, affirmations and spoken words infused with Neuroacoustics and ASMR triggers - auditory and visual.
