Isn’t fasting supposed to be hard (to some degree)? Isn’t that what makes us lean into Him while we fast?
I’m thinking there’s something to fasting from food (and water?), but I agree, I don’t think it has to be limited to just that. You know how hard it would be for me to fast from anything to do with the internet?!
oh yes, my point exactly..anything that would be painful for us God is impressed by, the internet could be the biggest sacrifice any of us could make! lol. Well, most of us anyway.
