Thanks for a great video @hauptmann, yeah I don't know what those 8 questions are either, but looking at some other projects that was also listed and the motivations given it seems to me that Dtube will have to set up some kind of burning of Steem and stuff like that to promote further spending of Steem within the Steem ecosystem, it could be related to that but it's just my guess, but if they do get approved they also said that projects with delegations above 1M SP will have a haircut drop in their delegations in 3 steps over 3 quarters, so just 1/3 of the SP that is over 1M SP will get removed the first quarter and the other 2/3 over the next 2 quarters.

Dtube is great and a top project in steem platform but can't say more as of now. I am sure dtube team will answer these 8 questions and will certainly come out with positive solution. Hope for the best. 🤞
