Richmond Vale, St Thomas parish, Jamaica, West Indies

Jamaica is my homeland and the Caribbean and still is a place where you can be close to settlements but still feel very close to nature. This is Richmond Vale and the hills across the valley are still home to the Maroon people who are our indigenous resistance peoples who kept the light of freedom alive during a period when enslavement powered the economy.
