This is the first video I've watched of your cooking, and it's amazing. Very well produced and polished. As about as professional and uptown as it gets.

Well... I've been part of #FFF on and off for some time now, but I am yet to win one of them... there's some tough competition there... LOTS of yummy chow ;-)
Yeah, the gremolata really gives it a deliciously unique little twist to my regular go-to "honey & lemon" base for pork.
