wow man thanks for sharing so many personal things, interesting life u been living :) I feel you about cleaning your room, I empty the dishwasher and do the bed every morning as a duty to start the day. Man you have good messages to spread, keep pushing :)
That's proven to help man! Those simple mindless tasks that you might have a bad view might be your key to getting better in life :)
