RE: Star Wars Isn't Star Wars

in #dtube7 years ago

Star wars is a fine example how big corporations are ruining the entertainment industry.
Movies arent art anymore, they dont have a message or dept.
To me disney movies feel like things made by a souless algorithm, not a living person/author/creator ,but made by telemetry analisys of fucking spread sheets.
What is the most politically trending thing to do?
What are the 10 most googled star wars catch prases and locations?
What will create the most noise and retain most attention? (because remember,as far as those big corporations are consirned, there is no bad publicity,if people are talking about how bad the new movies are, they are still talking about those movies and that only further grows the reach of the marketing. So I believe the new sw movies were INTENTIONALLY made so badly)
What will sell the most brand products? (honestly when I saw the last jedi,it felt like I was watching a 2 hour long commercial that tried to sell me fucking fluff toys and maybe hype me for EA"s garbagefront 2 lootbox elite edition)

So yeah...the sad reality is that sw is indeed dead and has jack shit to do with the original vision of it.
And that would be the fate of any franchise which gets too popular for it's own good and gets bought by EA/Disney/Activision/Fox etc.
