Dying Light: Bad Blood is the Battle Royale (or as the developers call it, 'Brutal Royale') spin-off from the acclaimed first-person action game. Featuring 12 contestants in a zone filled with zombies, this is a great twist on the Battle Royale genre as it offers player versus player as well as player versus environment gameplay - PvPvE, to sum it up. Although it's unsurprising that any game franchise would attempt it
I do find it interesting that the Dying Light devs would try to get a piece of that "battle royale" pie. Especially considering Dying Light was an RPG-esque open-world game a la Fallout or the like.
Yes, at least they're trying something different, something more risky than the other BR games.
