Here we are at the finish line of Week 3. P90 Phase A is getting easier, but it's because we are getting stronger! Going up in weights to continue challenging our bodies to get better. 8-10 reps is the goal! If you are doing 15 like the video says, then raise the weight! Debbie killed it today!
