Day 2 fasting 48 hour update
Today was an amazing day. It was my second full day of fasting.
There were a couple of differences I noticed from the last time. I am a little bit foggy brained, but when I do think...it is deep.
I thought I was going to have a few days to take it easy and fast....but it is time to hay! So I hayed yesterday evening...no big deal. I raked hay this evening, a little less focused. Maybe it was super focused haha still working through it.
Fasting is an amazing experience and I would recommend it. I look forward to finding what I am looking for.
