Police Brutality
Didn't take this video myself. Saw it on a whatsapp status of one of my friends. I didn't bother to ask what the guy kneeling down did, because I don't think he deserves it. Those in the reflectors are policemen who have decided to take the laws into their hands and punish people for whatever they've done. I think they believe they can do better than the law courts so they have to punish offenders themselves. It's sad when people in authority take matters into their own hands and do whatever it is they wish to do.
