175 Pound Transformation, I believe that if there’s something in this world that you find worth fighting for, in your heart and in your mind, you will find a way to make it a reality. This video embodies nearly 3 years of hard work. In the past 4 months, I’ve lost another 25 pounds and a significant amount of body fat. The change has been so significant that I decided to make a sequel to my first transformation video.
