(Napoleon Complex) Civ V Vox Populi France Part 12
A bit of a disaster with the new video settings, It seems they over taxed my cpu and the video is VERY jumpy. Maybe still watchable. If you want to skip this video I will put a more detailed description at the bottom of the 'description area' so you can skip on to the next one.
I will be playing Civilisation V with the Vox Populi mod, version 12-18.

Detailed description, sort of
I used peaceful methods to become friends with the city states to our east.
In culture I went Artistry for want of a better option.
And the biggy we declared war on the Dutch and the Spanish (due to defence agreement). War is going well so far, a walkover at least until the Dutch reinforce.
