(Napoleon Complex) Civ V Vox Populi France Part 5

Had a bit of a diasator with the files, I overwrote part 3. You wished out on me finishing Petra. I am going to think of this first series as a trial run, especially as the game is not going great either.

I will be playing Civilisation V with the Vox Populi mod.
