Daily Goals - My Morning Check In
Good Morning Steemit!
Just thought I would make an early morning video to share my morning ritual with everyone. I normally start my day off with setting two to three goals I want to achieve throughout the day. I really think this is a hidden gem that will only help you with your weight loss. I know we all have long-term goals with losing weight, getting rich, or whatever it may be but I truly believe if you set these short-term goals, you have a better chance of hitting those more long-term goals.

That is a really great idea! I really believe there is something to the whole putting things down on paper. Its always amazing too when you look back and you have a bit of a road map that kind of sheds light on your life's journey!
