Fitness Journey Day 2 - Brain Fog!
Hello Steemit!
It's day two of my fitness journey. I figure I would check in with today's update! I am feeling a bit sluggish and been dealing with carb cravings. It's been crazy as I am feeling pretty tired today and just in a mental fog. I think its a combination of both getting back into the swing of things and having a good chunk of time off.
I was on spot with my eating. No junk food, only good stuff as well hammering out my workout. I know its only day two but I am off to a good start and want to keep the momentum going.
I will be doing my usual daily update as well, highlighting everything I ate for the day as well show my daily activity. I am still deciding on the format. I would like to do it all in this check-in video but well see. This is still a work in progress so bear with me as I get it all figured out.

You could be sluggish mostly because of the food you eat. Otherwise, you just forgot to stretch. These 2 are mainly the reason for feeling sluggish.
