Even after a few days you’re body can tense and tighten up with stressors and toxins that you consume from the environment. I will ALWAYS take time for self-care! I love to bring these bands with me when I can’t make it the gym, but also to warm up my joints and muscles before I train .

When ever my body feels stressed from the environment, life, people I take the time to:
🔹Meditate + Deep breathing
🔹Yoga
🔹Stretch + massage
🔹Go for walks embrace, the scenery
🔹Workout at the nearest Gym
🔹listen to music, podcast, and Audio books
