System Specs:
Dell Optiplex 7010
3.4 GHz i5-3570 CPU
8gb DDR3 RAM

Game runs at 25-30 fps on low settings at 1080p when not recording (game capped at 30fps)

I bought my Optiplex for $100 and once I get a GPU for it (probably next week), this will be quite a good budget gaming PC.
