ISON Rockoon. An old Space project.

THis video was first uploaded 6 years ago. It was a fancy Rockoon project, aimed at launching a cheap rocket into Space.

Sadly, despite a lot of work, we were unable to secure full funding and the project fizzled out. However, it was a good learning experience.
Currently, I am planning on several weather balloon education projects for kids in the UK and the Middle East.

Early concept animation of the now defunct ISON Project.

This was to be an international Rockoon project. The rocket was to be launched from a Weather balloon platform at an altitude of 70,000ft. We aimed for the rocket to reach an altitude of about 150,000ft.
