Ah... Sadly - I guess :)
But, if you plan on buying just use this to get on the page - there is no sign-up ref code, rather than just code for buying - at least that's how I understood it - I was never asked for a refcode during signup.
I’m just going wait. The insanity of regulations and red tap in wanting to buy like $5 in crypo was more then I was willing to go lol. I miss the old days even if that includes Mt. Gox and the horrible lag on that exchange had with all there nonsense. . .
