[PL/ENG] DTUBE Nieznany błąd rozwiązanie / DTUBE Unknown Error solved

//PL - Na pewno nie raz ktoś z was miał taką sytuację : Wrzucam film na DTube, czekam, pasek naładował się do końca, dodaję miniaturkę, klikam Prześlij i nagle ... Nieznany Błąd.

//ENG - For sure not once some of you have had this situation : I put the movie on DTube, wait, the bar is fully charged, add a thumbnail, click Submit and suddenly ... Unknown Error.

//PL - Jest na to rozwiązanie, z którego sam korzystam i działa w 80% przypadkach (tak myślę).
Zanim dodamy nasz film na DTube, musimy wylogować się z DTube i zalogować ponownie.
Wtedy kiedy dodamy nasz film, problem zniknie i nasz film będzie można dodać.
Jeśli to nie zadziała, należy wylogować się ponownie ( ja nawet wylogowałem się ze STEEMIT i zalogowalem ponownie, dopiero później na DTUBE i wtedy powinno zadziałać - u mnie działało)

//ENG - There is a solution that I use and work in 80% of cases (I think).
Before we add our video to DTube, we need to log out of DTube and log in again.
Then when we add our movie, the problem will disappear and our movie can be added.
If this does not work, please log out again (I even logged out of STEEMIT and logged in again, later log on DTUBE and then it should work - It worked for me)
