(The video is kinda messed up, but i consider this a learning experience, so bare with me)
So this is the last part of making Kombucha, in which you ferment it under pressure, so it gets all fizzy. You can add whatever you like, whether it is fruit or juice, so play around and experiment with it. There isn't really a certain way of making it, so play around with fermentation time and recipes, until you find something you like.
