Emafe is back to filming again and she has an update related to her experiences related to anxiety (general anxiety disorder & panic attacks). For those of you who also have anxiety, she will be talking about it more & more in her vlogs.

After sharing a bit about her anxiety, and giving a sneak preview of the future, the family of three go out to the shopping malls in Davao City with their friends Sam & Mimi.

You can see all of them holding and taking care of baby Zac, he is 2 years old, likes to drink water and drinks milk too,

Emafe is also back to working out & you can see her in the video getting ready for the gym, at the gym. She works out now at Anytime Fitness in Davao City, and Chris is starting to have weekly meetups in the building where the gym is located (everyone is welcome).

After that, it's basically a family day with Emafe & Chris sharing a lovely time with Zac, Mimi & Sam. Zac gets to drive in a stroller that looks like a car, the family eats food, and Chris stays up long enough that he looks dead tired at the end of the video (he woke up super early that day).
