Making Mexican Salsa
Last week @mauriciovite invited us to take a part in a special experience designed mostly for tourist but we, as locals, also enjoyed.
This experience is a Cocktail and Salsa Workshop with Tacos. Here you will learn to make a couple of cocktails and a traditional “Salsa de Molcajete” and finally enjoy your salsa with tasty tacos. In the video you can see me doing my own salsa.

Nice use of a mortar and pestle, was wondering how people made it all mashed like that.
It's a very traditional way to make salsa and people still use it today because it gives a unique texture.
