My friend from Germany is visiting for a few days more, I think I should make this potato salad today instead of the normal South African potato salad. It sounds delicious but also challenging as I do not have a clue where to find herring in the small town I live... but isn't that the great thing about recipes and food... coming up with substitutes for the ingredients sometimes?
