A Call to Ladies to Embrace Creating Video Content|Don't Be Shy-Let Loose...
It's another great new week Steemians & Fellow DTubers!
Like always, I hope everyone is having an amazing time being on this platform as much as I am.
Today's topic to kick start this lovely new week is something that has been on my mind for sometime now. I actually remember raising this topic lightly at the @DTube's discord server over the weekend.
It warms my heart to know I am not the only one who has noticed the need to encourage more women to participate in creating video content. Actually, @coruscate has been the first person whom I've seen taking the initiative to do more to encourage more women to embrace the concept.
I have nothing against having a male dominated field or platform but it would be nice to watch more women putting themselves out there in this manner.
So for today's firsy Vlog, I would like to appeal as well as challenge more ladies to get out of their comfort zone and embrace this new concept. You never know where the journey may take you, the trick is to have as much fun with it as you can.
I wasn't a video content creator three weeks ago. On the contrary, I never would have imagined being in this space. The day I conquered my fears and embraced this new concept thanks to a very darling friend, I felt my mind began to shift. I felt relieved. I felt happy. I felt grateful. I felt proud of myself.
Now, even in other aspects of my life, I don't feel stuck or fearful of trying those other things I would love to experience, experiment or pertake. If I can get my face infront of a camera and speak from my heart, I feel like I can do anything else I put my mind to.
You need to understand how conservative and well kept my thoughts used to be for you to understand why this is such a big deal for me. Like I said before, I am not one to shy away from conversations or bold topics that need to be covered from time to time, however, doing it on camera is such a big deal. I have always been camera shy and very careful on what I share to the rest of the world. However, being on Steemit & DTube as positively impacted my life & I wouldn't have it any other way.
For the first time, I actually love & feel embrasive of sharing more and having people follow my journey. It's amazing to think that it took being on this platform to have my mind shift. I guess it's true what theu say, money is a motivation lol (jk)

It would be amazing to see more ladies being active on DTube or Dlive and embracing creating Quality Video Content.

3 weeks, has it really been three whole weeks since I first saw your video, time is just flying along. I wish I had more internet bandwidth, and unlimited internet, so I could watch more of them. SO off to view your Monday show. Thank you for your steemit efforts, and good luck in your future endeavours. I will watch a video or two when I can.
