I can't imagine China banning Cryptocurrencies. First of all they are a MAJOR player in the mining industry of BTC (the biggest by far) Secondly, even if it would be illegal they will never be able to shut it down. Bitcoin miners have too much power over villages where the police, electricity companies and the politicians are under payroll. Third, if China bans Bitcoin I will invest much more money in it. Invest in everything China bans! Erhmm Google, Facebook Wiki ;)
